Shipping Policy
Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination:
- United States & Canada: 6-11 business days
- Europe: 7-15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-21 business days
Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on orders that meet the required purchase amount, as indicated at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply, depending on the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues. If you experience any problems, please contact our support team.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Some remote areas may have longer shipping times or limited delivery options.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped.
